Herbs and spices are flown in weekly from Bangkok and all food is cooked to order. Chiang Mai Kitchen was opened in 1993 with the aim of providing delicious, authentic Thai food in a beautiful and unique historical setting. Tucked down a little alleyway, known as Kemp Hall Passage, the 3 storey timber framed building dates from the 1630’s and possibly earlier.
