Shopping for in Phitsanulok -Mobiles.
Phitsanulok has a quite a few places to buy mobile phones, unlike Bangkok or Chiangmai, most of the shops are in malls. Big C, Central and Tesco are the best places to buy mobiles. Tesco has many shops both company owned or locally owned stalls. There are fewer second hand shops so the choice is definitely limited to malls. Almost every brand is available though. Buying electronics online is easier and probably cheaper. Lazada is a Thai online store for electronics and other consumer products with good discounts. The problem is it is in Thai so use Google chrome to view the site and you can get a translated version of the site in English or other languages. Typically they have 5-40% discounts on new phones with home delivery and many payment options.
Tesco, Big C and Central have service centers to repair or service mobiles. There are a wide variety of laptops and desktops available. Laptops and notebooks can start at about ฿ 8000 which is a steal! electronics particularly TV sets and music players are very cheap in Thailand when compared to many other countries in the region except China.
